I had a pretty fun week. Sleep schedule is still quite shit, haven’t done much to improve it, which I really do need to do.
On Monday I went out to Centrelink to clear up some problems with my JobSeeker. Irritating that I had to go in person to get anything done but I did get it sorted thankfully. To make the trip into town worth it I decided to meet up with a friend for lunch, and to also get a Pixel 3a XL from him, which I’m going to be using as a dev device for a few ideas I’m trying out. I’ve got plain LineageOS installed on it now, without any Google apps for the time being. The last time I used Android was in 2020 so a lot of the current styling stuff is quite new to me, I rather enjoy it. Though I still prefer Apple’s current design system.
I set up a Vintage Story server for a group of friends on request. We got a few mods to add a bunch of extra food, races, classes, and some general prettiness. Nothing too major. We’ve gotten to our first winter and are actually doing quite well! I might end up sharing some pictures of our progress soon.
For the weekend I’m down visiting family & friends since it’s been a hot minute, as I wasn’t able to go down on my birthday last month due to getting sick. It’ll mostly be chilling as usual, but a nice change of pace.
