Welp, I let myself go with the weeknotes again. Think I need to sort out some sort of external accountability to make sure I get these out on time properly.
This past week was pretty uneventful, although on Friday I did go to board games night with some friends at The Collectivist in Ascot Vale. We played a few different games over some food and drinks: Uno Flip, Secret Hitler, and Wavelength. It was a nice event and a really really cool venue too, it was a pretty quiet night so we got some extra time there more than just what we had booked which was cool of them.
The previous two weeks were great though. I had one of my girlfriends fly over to visit for the first time and we had a pretty good time together. Unfortunately we both got sick for most of her stay, which wasn’t fun at all, but we did spend a lot of time together which was nice. Thankfully I hadn’t actually planned much for us to do due to needing to find blind-accessible events and activities, but due to us being sick that was a bit of a blessing, didn’t end up wasting any money or anything on them.
We did get around a little though when we were feeling better though, visiting Cash Converters and a few op shops to try and find some fun old phones/computers, but unfortunately didn’t really find anything. Still was a fun thing to do and get outta the house.
